***CONDITIONAL LIFE TIME WARRANTY***

ACI warrants its battery chargers for Life Time subject to the following conditions:

Ø The original purchaser must forward the battery charger, with original proof of purchase to the authorized distributor of ACI from whom he has purchased the charger.

Ø The Life time warranty is valid in the event of likely cause of battery charger malfunction, or defective material or workmanship.

Ø The Life time warranty is void , if

1.        The customer misuses the product, careless handling or operates under the conditions other than specified in the specifications.

2.          The connections to the AC input or DC output of the charger are modified on their own by the customers without prior consent of the ACI

3.     ACI does not warrant incidental or  consequential damages

Ø Shipping & Handling :The costs of transporting products to & from ACI to claim Life Time warranty is the sole responsibility of the purchaser

Return the SuperCharger to any of our Authorized Retailers for a Full Replacement.
